[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — Car Free service claim

I have owned a POLO comfortline car (petrol) Reg. no.- RJ 14 CM[protected] Model) This is to complaint you about the improper Car services from your Jaipur Workshop. My car service is in AMC with an advantage of free first three services, considering that my car service was due on 22nd Aug, 2014. To avail that free service I have called your service center on 20th August, 2014(@ 12.39 pm on [protected]). But due to overbooking of other cars they could not gave me appointment in time and booked my car service for 6th Sep, 2014. But today after sending my car to your service center they are denying for the free service of my vehicle. I hope you will understand that service was lapsed due to overbooking of other cars during same time and I am not in fault for the same.
