[Resolved] Volkswagen India — car spare part replacement

Dear sir,

On the 9th of september my volkswagen car polo no:- mh15 dc9230, was delivered to :-

Dealer name - m/s volkswagen thane

Dealer address - plot no. 1, mohan mill compound, ghodbunder road

Now it has been over 45 days and they have still not repaired my vehicle. They have also still not confirmed the delivery date of my car.

I have also registered a complaint with the volkswagen customer care and details is as below :-

Volkswagen customer care in their mail had mentioned that they will respond to my grievance in 48 hours but they have still not responded back.

Please take some corrective action against them.
