I gave my car no mh46ap4917 at autobahn automotive workshop on 7 august 2017 for attending following ;
1. Backbumper repair and painting (Insurance claim)]
2. Water ingress and fog creation problem in left headlight and break noise
The vehicle was returned on 11 august after attending problem no. 2 and due to unavailability of part for problem no.1 mentioned above. However it was noted that problem of head light water ingress was still persisting.
3. Vehicle was again given to workshop for attending head light problem and backbumper repair on 16 august and vehicle was dropped to my residence after informing that all work was completed.
4. To my utter surprise after receiving the vehicle it is found that water ingress and fog creation problem is still persisting.
5. This is harassment to me as for same problem vehicle is required to be given two times and still problem not resolved. I am not sure if competent persons are available at workshop or it is negligence issue. This has also caused inconvenience due to keeping the vehicle for longer duration at workshop for attending same problem.
6. This kind of problem i have faced in previous occasions also for some other issues.
