[Resolved] Volkswagen India — cars alloy wheel scuff after service | |||
I bought a vw polo gt tsi 6 months ago and have given the car for the free check up after 6 months on 16 feb 2020 to volkswagen whitefield bangalore. On pick up there were white paint drops on my windshield and long the car at various spots. The sa then told me the car had it at the time of delivery to them itself but then he and his colleague tried rubbing it off and it went away. Then i observed the alloy wheel at the passenger side for front wheel is scuffed. The sa claims again that it was already present at the time of delivery. I am pretty sure there was no such mark at the time of delivery. Since the dealership won’t own up this, i am raising this complaint. My car’s dashcam footage shows car being parked near some debris which might have scratched the front passenger side alloy wheel. Attaching those pics as well Was this information helpful? | |||
