[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Cheated by Volkswagen Abra motors Ambattur | |
Last month I gave my car Volkswagen polo for insurance claim. I was told by the service adviser that the insurance claim would be 40k+ and he advised me to go with insurance claim. I too gave the vehicle for the insurance . After a week I received a call saying that insurance claim is done and ready for the delivery. When I went to get my delivery the claim was only for 15k instead of 40+k. I was asked to pay 4k where the work was also not completed properly. I paid 4k and I was given a hand written bill. This made me suspicious, still I took the vehicle and came back. When I called Volkswagen few days before and asked for the bill soft-copy they didnt send me and when I enquired about the bill amount they said it 1398rs. I was shocked to know that the actual amount I paid was 4k(they have cheated me around 2.5k). This is a cheating either by the company or the service adviser which Im not sure of.
