Volkswagen India — cheated my volkswagen and no help at all

I had given my Volkswagen vento 1.6 diseal for service at bajbaj(topsia) Kolkata for service ..after service I took to my home on 21st and drove only 38kms total and vehicle stopped starting at my place ..after that I spoke to customer care, contacted service center and all but no help came on the way and my vehicle on stand out parking since six days and can't take to service center as I felt being cheated by Volkswagen (I paid for service charges 16000) which I unworthy and I felt they have done some thing to my vehicle .and for toying I don't want to pay as I felt cheated by them with the service charge and all.

Whole lot of other complains ..as I didn't get any satisfactory support and help I am forced to take this matter in legal ways . Will go to consumer court ..!

I'm preparing my documents ...as I have no choice left for me ..I know by going court I'm wasting a lot of time but I have to do this to showcase the Volkswagen pathetic service and support + cheat service centers in India ..

I will do whatever I can ..!
