Volkswagen India — clutch issue in new volkswagen polo diesel vehicle | |||||
TS07 FV 9777 Hi Volkswagen India Team, I have purchased the Vehicle 6 months back and now there is a burning smell inside the car. The service center team first confirmed the clutch has to replace and it will cost around 19000. Next day they said they don't find any smell at all even though the smell could easily identify by anyone. The third day someone else from the same service center confirmed Yes the burning smell is very clear and he also confirmed clutch has to replace. I have a doubt that Volkswagen sold me manufacturing defect piece as I have some other brand vehicles which are like more than 4 years old but I never faced such damage in any of the cars. I am very sure this is a manufacturing defect. The worst part is whenever I call customer care they always redirect to the same service center. I asked them I need to speak with the technician directly from Volkswagen, on phone they will say YES but again they will redirect to the same service center (I AM NOT SURE IF VOLKSWAGEN AND SERVICE CENTER HAS ANY DEALING ON IT) I want to understand from Volkswagen team : 1) YOU REALLY DONT HAVE ANY TECHNICIAN WHO WORKS DIRECTLY FOR VOLKSWAGEN RATHER THAN SERVICE CENTER? 2) YOU ALWAYS SAY YOUR VEHICLES ARE BRANDED AND BUILT WITH HIGH QUALITY BUT HOW CAN YOU ANSWER HOW COME YOU CAN SELL SUCH LOW-QUALITY PRODUCT?
