Volkswagen India — Company Fault and showroom Fault

I have Volkswagen Polo Tradeline model.
problem is that poor service and missing parts do not return easily.
Workers opens engine easily but not assembled, they said that we are not able to assembled.
My car was in running conditions after runned 65 km sounds coming from Engine like kat kat kat kat and we stop the car we toe to the showroom, thye give the reason that this is oil problem but we changed the oil before 900 km then how oil problem was created, oil leakage is also not seemed.And biggest mistake is that from service is they didn't care of car, they park cars outside of showroom and because of that rats cuts my car seat, interior and showroom employer sayid that it is not our responsibility, that is Animal thats is not our fault we cant do any things.
The hole problem is created due to carelessness of compnay by creating faulty Engine.
