[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Complaint about ktc dealer | |||
I have purchased ameo from your ktc dealer kalamassery showroom. At the time of booking i have ordered for arm rest which is one of the extra fittings. But at the time of ameo delivery, the showroom people told like i will get the arm rest only after 5 days as the arm rest they had were having some defects. After 5 days again they told the same story of defect of arm rest. I am frequently contacting them for the same. Already 1 month over. But till now i do not get a proper reply. We prefer volkswagen car only because of our trust in the “company name”. Hope you people won’t spoil it. Was this information helpful? | |||
