Volkswagen India — complaint against the workshop, Artiga Motor, Sector 63 Noida

Due to an accident, my vehicle (Volkswagen Polo) No. DL-1CQ-2515, damaged from right side. As i have left my vehicle to "Artiga Motor, Sector 63, Noida" on dated 17th of march 2015 for repairing. Executive of the workshop told me that my vehicle will be delivered with in a week as the approval of insurance company was came on the second day. After one week he told me that the doors are not available with the workshop as the same will be available till 24th march. After that i am depending on the commitments which is continuously given to me and changed at every time. Yet I have not received my vehicle till date. I am very much unsatisfied with the service of that workshop, as I have only the option to launch this complaint against the workshop, Named ARTIGA MOTOR, SECTOR-63, NOIDA. Kindly do the needful.
