I have purchased a preowned vw polo 1.2ltr petrol highline reg year 2013 from delhi. Now i want to re register the car in kerala. I have taken noc from delhi and i dont have the copy of invoice. The rto in kerala needs the copy of invoice for tax calculation. So provision of a duplicate copy of invoice will facilitate me in getting my car re regiatered in kerala.
