Volkswagen India — crack in the windshield of gt tsi

My polo gt tsi which i had bought two years back, sustained spontaneous crack around two months back which i got replaced urology my insurance. It has again sustained a spontaneous crack in first week of june, same site on windshield. I complained to volkswagen service center in maradu, kochi where i had repaired it earlier, but there was no response. Send a mail to service manager, still waiting for a reply. Hoping to get a positive response from the service center and that they take responsibility for their faulty work
