Hi, I bought a polo in march 2014 . The car was fine till it ran 2600 kms . Then it started having Orange warning (EPC & CATALYST CONTROLLER) signals with regular case of de- acceleration. The car rpm suddenly stops going over 1000. I went to your service center here in Kottayam . They said the problem was solved . It didn't happen for another 100 km. then again it started to light up . I again had to give the car for a period of over a week and Mr.Philip your Gm here said he would take care .. It took them a week and finally said the car was fine . I took it back after which the problem persisted . I then gave the car for ther 6mth regular check Where In it was clearly mentioned that I had this problem . They again said it would be clarified . It didn't work out yet . I had enough and In jan i.e., this month I told them to take the car and give it back or return me new one if the problem still persists .now they say the car had a manufacturing defect with the throttle board and it's being repaired . Why do you think I should take a car with a manufacturing defect . Please sort this out . I bought this car for convenience and now all I have is mental agony and pain. Me Philip is least bothered about the service here . I am ready to go to even the Supreme Court and sue them . Please sort this out ASAP .
