We have vw polo tdi diesel car since 3 yrs. Few days back my car start showing some warning sign on dash board. When we went to vw service centre ajmer, after full day check up they told us it is due to faulty diesel, CRDI system got damaged, costing around 2lacks. They referred us to jaipur Vw service centre. Afer 3 days full examination they told us there is CR system malfuction. Centre will ask for good will support. Then after 2 days they said, company is not giving good will support, bcoz its due to faulty diesel. You hav to pay 3lacs.
Now I want to say, whats our fault, is it enough to say it is due faulty diesel, who will prove it, 500 cars are daily taking diesel from that centre, petrol centre is proving his reliabilty. On search I found multiple complaints of CRDI system of vw . Company"s car is not successful in india. Car of
