[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Delay In Car Service

I gave my car for service and insurance claim on 16th July, 2022 and have not received yet, it was given to Whitefield, Bangalore center.
Their agents are not responding, after multiple follow ups they answer once and that too with arrogance and very vague answers like it will take months or parts are coming from Germany.
i am really worried about my car now.
