[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — Delay in changing lock

Dear sir, I have given my car polo 1.2 petrol registration no UP 65 BK 2788 to Varanasi auto car pvt. Ltd for changing lock on 25th july 2014 and i was promised to deliver my car before 20 days . And on my forcing to deliver it as soon as possible so they hav told me to deliver before 15 days . Now i am calling them regularly thrice in a day and they keep on giving me date regularly that today and tommorow . In other terms they are fooling me . Now its being around 1 month and i have no idea that when i am going to get my car This is how they treat their customer . M VERY VERY SORRY to say that THIS WAS NEVER EXPECTED FROM WOLKSWAGeN specially . I have almost used the car of every Company but this kind Of service i have never ever got .
