[Resolved] Volkswagen India — driver damaged accessories at the time of service

Dear sir

My name is sunny sharma my vehicle no is dlfcn2759 i stay at indra puram ghaziabad my contact no is [protected]. My concerned is that i gave my car for first service in the month of feb the driver who took my car and dropped it he broke my car back light and there was a crack on bumper i told this about vw help desk they said they will repair in the next service so now i am calling them from last 3 days they are ready for the service but they are not ready to repair it they are saying we dont remember it. I have the proof that i had mail them on 17th feb after that they made a call but now they are refusing i buy vw car because its best in the market but now as per concerned the franchise vw [ liftech ] based in sahibabad there service team is not cooperative either solve this or i should take another step
