Volkswagen India — Engine overheat

Address:Pune, Maharashtra, 400040

I purchased Vento (Petrol) on 30th January 2015. On 28th November 2015 around 9:00 pm while driving from Mumbai to Pune. I got a bip and red light on the screen showing engine overheat. Called voxvagen, voxvagan organised vehicle pick up and delivered to B U Bhandari service station. Till today they are finding the problem and to serch the issue they opend complete vehile in terms of Engine without explaining to the owner of the car. I am a employeeof the vehicle manufacturing company, i know the importance of engine open out side of the company and caliberation etc. unfortunate I am not getting any update from service provider unless I call and try to understand the return delivery date. I don't know when it is going to return to me.
