[Resolved] Volkswagen India — headlight issue in vento highline plus | |
Hi, sorry to say but i suppose my hard earned money that i spent with the excitement is getting wasted. I purchased vento highline plus on 1st may'17.in this you guys have given light position sensor for headlights. This adjust the headlight focus as per weight which is very good. Unfortunately that got damaged in my car and over and above it, the most disheartening thing is that none of your service center knows how to fix it. It's been so many days now that i have been visiting the service center daily n nothing gets fixed. They don't know how it works, they don't know how to fix it. No information on spare part. I am feeling so helpless as to why i bought this car. No one is ready to take the ownership. I am requesting them to have a look on the new car and then help me out. But still, no revert. They are just trying to do jugaad. I am absolutely pissed off now. Can someone please help me on this. I will be really great ful. Was this information helpful? | |
