Volkswagen India — Horn switches Not properly Working

I have brought Polo Petrol in Dec 2012 from VW dehradun, from onwards I have facing problem in horn switches, when I drive car on highways or approx above 30-40 kmph, horn will not blown from the steering switches, the same had been told to Volkswagen dehradun various times from my first Sevice to till date. I have also Checked the horn switches by changing the whole steering wheel. But the problem persist the same. Now the Sevice guy told me that there may be some problem with megnets fitted in the steering system which not working properly when I steer it right/left on highways and press the horn switches. Now please suggest for permanent solutions for my problem as this is an serious issue of safety while driving / overtaking on highways as well as in city. My car no is UK 08 AB 2772 and my no.
