[Resolved] Volkswagen India — i am complaining about worst service in coimbatore showroom | |||
I bought a new car (Polo petrol, high line) last december. They called me for general check up 22nd april and i left the car in morning and they returned me by evening 5 pm. The next day my car key was not working, i was able to open the door only through keys and as soon as i insert the key car doesn't start. Then i opened the bonnet and closed it with a force the key started working. This happen in front my house. Then yesterday i took the car for a trip and when i turned off i cant able to close the doors with remote then again opened the bonnet and shut then the key worked. The lights are flickering when the car is idle if i give accelerator they are normal and time gets changed when the key doesn't work. Infotainment gets stuck. The next biggest problem was one of the nut was missing from the wire connecting the battery. Was this information helpful? | |||
