Volkswagen India — Improper maintenance and non-satisfactory customer support

I went to sector 52 workshop with a compliant of very high noise from engine. They suggested replacement of clutch. I got it done with a very hefty charge of Rs. 55000, but problem of noise remains. Yes, clutch in bit smooth now. Some other work suggested, but satisfactory work not performed.
