I purchased a WV Taigun 1.0 for my wife earlier this year.This car is plagued with multiple inherent manufacturing defects! Despite sending VW 27 email reminders, they play the avoiding game and did not show the courtesey and professionalism to acknowledge and confirm that the issues prevailing in the brand new car will be corrected 100% to my satisfaction, at their own cost. I think by now this is an open secret that VW Taigun vehicles have been launched with inherent defects - as can be seen from multiple reviews on different websites. The sad part is that in our country there does not seem to be any accountability or else how does one explain that a company like VW is launching a half-baked product in the market and then has the audacity not to respond to customer complaints despite 27 email reminders sent and neither does the company feel obliged to call for a vehicle recall for all units sold and correct all defects this model had been launched with.
What I request: That VW responds to my multiple email reminders which are supported with videos, which clearly point out to the problems, and assures me that each and every problem prevailing in the brand new car will be rectified to my complete satisfaction, at their own cost.
