Volkswagen India — Irrespective behaviour, too much labour charges | |||
Dear Sir, I have been using Volkswagen vento for many years, Fifteen days ago there was a minor accident to my car, I gave handover to your Guntur Volkswagen service station.. So far so good, Along with that other repair works were done, Every time the front disks was changed due to be front left side disc scratched, the problem can't be rectified. And collect higher labor charges..They doing worrest car wash also, I asked to reduce the labor charges to the staff, he said it was not possible.The showroom staff or manager never gives the courtesy or hospitality to the actual customer..Under these circumstances I would leave my car there, when I was given a guarantee about the discs.. I am a person with a very good name in society. If not I will file on your showroom and your company in the court for justice.. I attached the following bill document copies..
