[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Life threatening repairs/incomplete work | |||||
Hi, To whom so ever concerned, hoping to be a valued customer have to report with much regret that i own a car of your company the volkswagen das auto and After the repair of my car i. e. front bumper and from glass were changed at frontier autoworld private limited sector-18 gurgaon, it came to my notice the very next day after delivery of my vehicle there were scratch marks on dashboard which were caused while changing the glass as many of the metal parts they kept inside the car on dashboard for which on my further discussion on call they said they would correct it on my next visit as is common while such repairs. I stay 50kms away in ghaziabad from gurgaon so thought to show and get done the next time i visit there, however few days later while driving i noticed few small glass pieces coming with air from ac vents and also the foot mats on driver side are getting wet due to some drops of water regularly coming down while driving. i immediately called vw customer care and informed the same. I was asked to take my car to frontier autoworld private limited sector-52 gurgaon. after i visited and car was examined by the executive there he asked me to again go to the body shop were it was repaired. again i called vw customer care and they said me to again go back to sector 52 back. this time the same guy got ready to receive my car and said that ac duct under dashboard is needed to be opened and cleaned and for ac water there are few settings to be done and rubbing and paint for the dashboard will be done. However my concern is after so much of incomplete work left by vw frontier autoworld private limited at time of repair is to be paid by whom now. There could be any mis-happening caused with the glass pieces coming out with air flow from ac vents. I left my car to frontier autoworld private limited sector-52 gurgaon yesterday and Requesting you to please look into the matter and justify the hard earned money and time and make sure there are no such life threatening condition left.
