[Resolved] Volkswagen India — loan paper not submitted for registration

I had purchased vw polo in december, 2017 by availing loan from vw finance bearing loan ac no : vwf1 [protected].

As my required number has arrived we submitted all the documents for registration. But it was rejected as one dorm doesn't have your finance stamp. I informed the same to the concerned person on this cell no. : [protected] one week ago but didn't get my paper. After a couple of says i informed to your salesman on this number [protected].

It's very bad that i didn't get the required paper till date and lost a whole week. I feel sorry for the delay you are causing.

Hope you will rectify to day itself.
