I N.Anil Kumar AP 01AF 8595 had met with an accident on 12 jan 2014 Later on we moved it to VOLKSWAGEN DECCAN for Service.
On 13 Jan 2014, I registered a claim F0366147 for policy no: 32227550.
But i am Struggling with Insurance and Service people. Now a great problem with Claims and Technical persons as they are not at all trying to resolve. I talked to volkswagen and insurence dept, I was informed that in no time i shall get a call from your dept, but till now no positive response. IF we want to purchase a new U do in no time, When we want you to serve, U MAKE US to beg and follow you, leave duties and other works UNTIL YOU LOOK AFTER us. WHAT THE THING U EXPECT FROM US. . Especially people don’t know how to mail to customer, how the people working without proper knowledge to use computers for high salaries… and are promoted.
THEIR HEAD ALSO LEAST BOTHERED(shouts at us, Disconnects call, ) IT SHOWS THEIR WAY OF WORKING FOR money, not the service. Was this information helpful? |
