[Resolved] Volkswagen India — mental and financial harassment caused by volkswagen gurgaon service center in sector 52 | |||||
These guys are harassing me. Recently i went to this service center as there were some issues in my polo car. The warning indicators like wire and tap were glowing. They inspected the car and told me that the suspension needs to be changed along with some pipe and it will cost around 25k. I agreed to it. Then again they ringed Me and told me more issues and shot my bill from 25k inr to 53k inr. I was shocked and surprised but didn’t have any option and agreed to it. Now after getting my Car back, again, i am getting issues. The warning indicator: tap is glowing which they didn’t check and rectified before and now saying that some electric fault has come For which pump needs to be replaced and will cost me 15k inr. I am in a complete state of shock as you people are more interested in harassing customers. I want some Action to be taken as it is a negligence from their part and take any action against these buggers Was this information helpful? | |||||
