[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Misleading By Service Representative Lead to Trust Issue

A very pathetic work experience in authorised service centre of Volkswagen Kolkata GJ Khan Road. My Polo car was given to the service centre on 4th December due to an issue with bettery indicator light on during drive and Bettery drained out issue. Mr.Gopal inspected the car and confirmed that the issue is with only negative side wire which need to be replaced. It took 4 days to fix the same and Mr.Gopal called me on 9th December to get the delivery of the car where I found the car with open bumper and broken hanging AC compressor. Which has been broken inside the service centre as they have not taken any permission before opening the bumper of the car. Once again I asked them to get the job done and fix the compressor and they agreed on the same and once again called me on 13th December to get the delivery of the car where I found once again the car is with a pathetic kind of sound which Mr.Gopal confirmed that due to some belt and again he kept the car for another 2 days to fix the belt and sound issue. Finally on 16th December I took the delivery of the car post payment of Rs.14000/- but after 15 kms I found that once again the bettery indicator is on and bettery drained out like previous issue and the compressor is hanging like what I have seen on 9th December and the newly fitted belt is lying beside the engine and compressor. Is the the kind of service #volkswagenindia providing or it’s just a issue with #osl exclusive pvt ltd Kolkata or totally an inexperienced service advisor like Mr.Gopal.
Need revert as it’s a matter of goodwill of the brand as well as satisfaction of a customer of #volkswagenindia #volkswagengroup
