Volkswagen India — my car stacked in service centre at ahmednagad, maharashtra since one month

My polo which is bound to be serviced in a week has been lying with the service centre since one month and deliberate delays without furnishing any appropriate information about my car is kept with the service centre and no further action has been tasked out. Repeated lies i have witnessed and unsatisfied with the quality of work done. This is my request to the concern department to take a strict note of it otherwise i will lodge a complaint in the consumer trubunal of the misleads i have faced. Details of my car is furnished below.
