[Resolved] Volkswagen India — no response from quality assurance team / service centre | |||
I had handed over the car for regular servicing. The car was serviced and i immediately received an abs failure alarm the next day. Had to send the car again. Along with that few other pending things were reminded, which were not dealt with in the previous service. Upon returning the car the issues were still not resolved. 1) rear wiper not replaced. 2) petrol filling up flap jammed. 3) car not cleaned the second time. 4) car delivered very late after moving around in the city. Km's reading way more than desired. I understand that the car is test run, but the reading was way more than acceptable. 5) front shock absorbers are making rusty sound on bumps. It should have been tackled during the servicing. 6) front tyres were not changed with the rear tyres, which was always done earlier. Despite reminding same was not done twice. On top of all this there was no follow-up of written complaint in the delivery voucher and also e-mail feedback (Customer survey). Also, called the workshop to address the griviance on 01. Nov.2018.
