[Resolved] Volkswagen India — No response to accident car | |||
We had a minor accident at 8/4/17 near Panvel at the entrance of the Pune-Mumbai Expressway where a Volvo bus grazed the driver seat door of the car. We were able to shut the door with the help of a door. Unfortunately we had a unavoidable family emergency at the same time in Thane we decided to take the car to the service center in Thane and solve the issue there. We had informed the people at Thane center about our predicament and they assured us they will help us out in any possible way. But on arriving at their centre none of the people were interested in handling our complaint or even bothered to answer our question. Absolutely lowest form of professionalism.
