[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Non servicing of vehicle in time | |||
I purchased a Volkwagen Polo care having the registration no. AS01BT4950 from the dealer at Maligaon, Guwahati, Assam on August 13, 2015. It has now completed one year. Despite our repeated inquiry with the management (temporary arrangement) with Mr. Debasish ([protected])and Kushal ([protected]) at Guwahati, the serving of our vehicle has not yet been done due to non availability of lubricants etc. It is surprising to note that such a big company has such a small excuse of not doing servicing of the vehicle in time . Now, if something goes wrong with the vehicle due to the lackadaisical attitude of not doing servicing in time, who shall be responsible. So, you are requested to do the needful before we file complaint with the Consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |||
