[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Not getting volkswagen standard of services at kalyan sales - agra | |||
On 29th of aug'2016, i met with an major accident and car was not in the moving condition hence i took road side assistance service & with the help of hydra and crain they took my polo to agra service center (kalyan sales). I got my repaired car after one month with rigorous follow ups but it was not upto volkswagen standard. they didn't checked entire car properly, means there was leakage near to oil chamber (for that i complaint so many times, they did temporary work and problem still persisting when i went to other service center than they diagnose it as leakage in gear box). Also, i have to change tyres for twice in this one year just because they didn't diagnose that bend in rear axle (z axle). I have two polo car at my home but this kind of service really hurts. Please look into it, i am fed up now. i never thought of this situation. Was this information helpful? | |||

High engine noise in petrol model VW polo. Recently purchased 3 week ago. Not satisfied with dealer comments...very much prominent in cabin space.
