[Resolved] Volkswagen India — not providing document/receipt

I had purchased polo car during july 2017. After delivery of vehicle, insite of vigorous follow up for getting receipt for municipal tax and rto passing is not received from dealer. This document is badly needed for accounting purpose. I wonder a dealer of such reputed car company can be such irresponsible in providing document. Please do need full immediately to get me these document.

Updated by ksdjvr Since long back I have not received any positive response in the matter. I had contacted concern person Mr Gor several times but every time he has given false promise for sending some person to collect necessary document required by him.
Now I strongly believe that that till now no payment for municipal tax was made by dealer and made one type of cheating, that is why no one from dealer is attending the issue. In absence of Municipal tax receipt I had to pay municipal tax amount Rs19270 to my company from my pocket. I request for immediate payment of amount Rs 19270.00

If I did not receive the amount in one week time I would be compiled to approach legal agency for my help
