[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Not refunding booking amount after 3 month of cancellation | |||||
We have booked ameo comforltline on 9th Jun 2016 under pre booking scheme in the name of Shweta Kumari with Volkswagon dealer M/s. Autobhan, Juinagar, Navi Mumbai-400706. We have sent cancellation request on 10th July 2016 due to some constraints. Sales person has confirmed that amount will be refunded with in a week at the time of booking. But i am struggling to get my refund of INR 10000 even after 10 weeks. I have visited 5 -6 times at showroom but all the time they have made false commitment.
