Volkswagen India — not replacing defective parts of car under warranty | |||
I bought volkswagen ameo comfortline diesel car in may 2017 reg no rj 23 cc 0540 chassis no mexb17600ht121294 engine no cwx158188. I got it checked (General check up 7500km) up by tanya cars service center jaipur and they reset service duration at 17500 km. Recently on 8 jan 18 it started giving excessive white smoke when i checked i found there was no coolent in it so i topped it up by castrol coolent, but smoke doesnt stopped so called roadside assistance, they took it to service center jaipur. The man at center told me for general service and they did it after that they told that it has problem with injector nozzle and they shouldhave replaced it as it was on warranty but they denied telling that its not manufacturing defect blaming deisel quality. As i have option for deisel than to fill it up from fuel pump. And if it is not manufacturing defect then it should not be started all of sudden. Because i am filling deisel from same fuel pump. And behaviour of service center was so rude as i did a mistake by buying volkswagen car. From my part service was due on 17500 in meter and i was bit late to take it to center as car ran 18000km, but this doesnt create issue in injector nozzle as it is not part of first service. Hoping for better response from your side to make replacement as it is in warranty otherwise i will be left with no option then to go in consumer forum, which i dont want from my side as i trust a lot on volkswagen quality and their service Thanking you in advance Kuldeep Cont-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
