We were proud to be VW customer - this statement is true for only before sales & 2 months after sales.
Really very careless service providing after sales. We were now the past customers which are facing lot of problems after the first servicing regarding vehicle.
Please find the incidents details regarding the vehicle:

VIN No : MEXF15601FT108265
Delivery Date : 27th Aug 2015
1. First Servicing Date : 6th Apr 2016, KM : 12879 = After this no problem
2. After 17928 KM – Vehicle no stable @80 to 110KM/hr = Again on dated 4th May 2016 – checked with Unique Automobiles Kolhapur = They done revised wheel balancing & alignment.
3. Received vehicle @ 5th May 2016 with assurance of the fault & general check-up.
4. After just 210 KM passed – Vehicle flash high Temp alaram & coolant was no more in vehicle. Vehicle given to BU bhandari @ 9:30PM on 6th may 2016 with KM -18138.
5. Vehicle checked & received on dated 11th May 2016 with KM -18163 without giving satisfactory problem resolution but assured that all work done with gurranty.
6. After the same dated 24th 2016 – KM- 19160 – Again vehicle showed engine check with some wire alaram. Again vehicle given to Unique Automobiles Satara.
If you check the history from customer point of view – really suffered through very pathetic situation which suffered on ROAD where I cancelled the main appointments.
I personally not satisfied the service which you are providing where vehicle was not completed one year.
Its really not good sign to live VW family for lifelong.
Can you improve your services & communication between customers.
Many complaints are given during survey call but till no action or improvements shown.
Really the promise, trust given at time of purchase was not given to customer as per commitment.
