[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Paid money for change of door lock now the service center is closed and nobody responding

I had paid to north delhi service center through credit card for change of door lock for my polo dl 8cd 8342 in july. I was told it would take around 21 days to come from germany
I waited and i got call around last week of august, since i was travelling and when i went to service center in september it was closed and vacated.
I went the authorised dealer in gujaranwala town and he took time to find out which we gave.
Now neither is the person responding, nor when trying to connect with volkswagen customer care it is responding.
