Despite reaching out to the company on various platforms and calling customer care innumerable times, we are stuck with a car that broke down completely after the service and a second repair. We’ve now received a call listing more parts that may need to be replaced at full cost. And offers to buy a new car. This is how VW dealerships work in India- damage good cars, sell parts at full cost and profit! Customer relationship managers that scream at customers and accuse them of lying. No explanations as to what happened to the car to warrant so many parts failing within a short time after two trips to the service centre. No clarity as to any solutions. The same story every time. 10 years of owning a few VW cars, this is what it’s like. Save your money, don’t buy Volkswagen in India. Highly unethical business practices, built on swindling your hard earned money.
