Volkswagen India — parts availability issue | |||
Sir, My vehicle got accident on 13.11.17 and my vehicle has given to cheranellore service station on 14.11.17. Yesterday service station person informed me that insurance survey is over and vehicle is handed over to service. But today i heard that one part is not available in the service station. It will come only after 2 days. So completion work may be delayed. It is a very unpleasant thing that work is pending due to the non availability of spare parts. I have purchased this vehicle in the month of oct 2017 only. I understand that the service station is a main station. If this station also facing spare parts shortage, how you can satisfy your customers.
