Volkswagen India — pathetic and poor service centres and cheat staff | |||
Goodevening I am dushyant dawer. I’m currently using volkswagen polo gt My vehicle no is dl 10 cg 8931 I am highly disappointed with your brand’s services. Very poor services They just want to defraud their customers and don’t want to give warranty for any defected part. Nine months ago my car’s charcoal cannister was defected and one of the service advisor ordered that part for my car. It took 2 months to reach that part to delhi and then they did not change that part in my car. From then my car’s engine check error is appearing and i have visited volkswagen delhi west moti nagar service center like atleast 10 times and my problem is still not solved I’m highly disappointed that my car is just 27000 kms driven and this is what happening to my car. Very poor services and cheap brand. You guys just don’t want to give warranty. Why did i pay soo much for warranty extend then? If i’ll not be getting warranty for any of the part. I want you to look into this matter otherwise i’ll persue legally to get compensation from this good for nothing brand. I have wasted soo much of my time and energy onto this car.
