This is regarding my car polo DL12C3232 AC vent the window is broken from long time and I had register a complaint earlier and got a call from Volkswagen that it will be replaced on FOC basis as it is a manufacturing defect.Today I had sent my car at frontier auto world pvt ltd and there Mr Surender Singh had returned my car saying we don't have any such information.Its been 2 years that I am struggling for this and sorry to say that Volkswagen is very poor at its services and customer satisfaction.
