[Resolved] Volkswagen India — polo | |||
Good morning, My name is rajkiron and I have purchased a new polo 3 days back. While using the vehicle at night time it’s being observed that there is continuous mist formation in the windshield glass and all other glasses. While the windshield glass can be cleared by running the wipers the side glasses cannot be cleared and it becomes almost impossible to drive the vehicle with AC on. Upon asking the dealer about the same there was no much positive response from them, rather seems like they are happy since they sold their vehicle and its now not there issue. The service supervisor has suggested me to start the vehicle heater when the same happens. If iam starting the heater then what about the AC, and rather I have to do the same almost every 10 mins It’s highly shameful from the side of Volkswagen India to provide such service. A brand new car it’s almost difficult to drive at night time. The vehicle has been purchased from phoenix cars Calicut in my name Rajkiron Thirunilam.
