[Resolved] Volkswagen India — polo car service complaint | |||
I have volkswagen car polo, schedule service was done on 9th may 2018 in agra volkswagen workshop, and when i was travelling from gwalior to agra on 3rd august 2018, in the middle of highway my car start heating up badly, i called costumer care around 9:30 pm they gave me one number and that person said he can't help me out with this as this is late night, question here is why you guys call it as 24*7 customer care when you can't help your customers? Finally i parked my car on one of the restaurant at moraina highway and took lift from there and went agra. Well after 2 days i. E. On 5th august 2018 i went back to gwalior i asked customer care and they said my car dose not fall under road side assistance and they will charge 4000 rs for 20km. I took help of local crane and finally i gave my car to gwalior volkswagen work shop on monday i. E. 6th august 2018, they were unable to find the problem, car was over heating they said. Now today in the morning when i called them they said car piston is damaged, i asked them how the piston got damaged they said because the previous service was not done properly. I called up agra volkswagen workshop but they said they can not help me and charges to fix that piston is approx 1 lakh indian rupees, so in 2 months time my piston burned, i was shocked and i told them that i can not pay this much amount as it was not our mistake, i am driving car when i was 12 years old so i know when car heat up or give any indication we have to stop the car and that's what i did when i was travelling from gwalior to agra. I was travelling with my friends and late night on highway i had to call for help from my other friends in gwalior. I would like to request you to fix my car issue and i am not going to pay anything at all. Attaching last service bill and required document. Need your support. My car number is up80 cn 9014.
