Hi, Greetings! This is with regards to the feedback submitted for the rat bite issue. Below are the queries raised by me to the customer service of volkswagen. However there has not been any satisfactory response from them. The customer service assigns the ticket to the service centre team and they state this as product issue. There fore i am forced to pay for the damages. The workarounds suggested so far are: * tobacco leaves inside the engine of the car * naphthalene balls inside the engine * keeping the bonnet open * keeping surroundings clean Please help on this.
