Volkswagen India — POLO/ Invoice copy duplicate

Draft this mail for a request for a duplicate invoice copy of my vw polo, 2016 model 1.2 l mpi comfortline car.
I actually require my car to be re registered to Odisha from Karnataka.
For this I need the invoice Copy which I miss placed.

My request is, can i receive a copy of my invoice or a letter stating the then price of my car.
Please help me.
