[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Polo service complaint | |||||
I had booked an appointment four days back for my polo's 1, 50, 000km service at ramani vw salem and handed over the key to the that very evening itself. On calling them today to find out the status, i'm told that the car has not been inspected yet and not to call them back until they finish service. Who treats customers in this fashion.. I'm completely disappointed in vw 's service. Im not sure when i can take the car now.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
