Volkswagen India — poor and careless service and tyre issue.

I am owning volkswagen vento tsi dsg with reg no; kl 02 ay 8763 from '2016 september' onwards and very much satisfied with the drive quality.
I did a general check up at 7500 kms!!!
When completed my first year of ownership, i registered for service at d company service station at umayanaloor, kollam.
I got appointment in d morning at 8 45 (Tym given by dem). I reachd der n met mr. Finny, service advisor. He advisd me to do vinyl flooring for d better appearance n cleanliness. I had also pointed out sound from my window glass and shock absorb sound.
He was very positive and told i wud get back my car dat day evening.
Before evening, i got a col saying dat d service bay is full for alignment n wheel balancing. All other jobs were completed including vinyl flooring, but as i wantd wheel alingment n balancing also to b done, i thot of taking back d car d next day!
Next day morning at 10:30, i reached der, waited for d car for approx 40 mnts, n bought d car with
1. Unwashed 'tyres, wheel cup, edges n gaps in d car body n fabric seating'.
2. Imperfectly n carelessly done vinyl flooring (Which made me depressed cz it spoiled my car for rs.4000)
3. Sharp knife cut patterns in d dash board.
4. Window sound same as before while opening n closing.
5. Same shock absorb imperfection.
6. An extra sound to b heard while driving (Train lik).
7. Wheel alingment n balancing was not done (D main i wanted n d reason for which i postpond to next day)
When i pointed out d above, d service advisor with highly positive attitude tuk my car back and re-cleaned my car (Point 1) and rectified d window sound (Point 4)
Iam highly disappointed with d careless attitude from a reputed car company service station and willingly pardoned.
Coming back home only, i noticed d side bulging of d tyre, which may erupt during driving, highly dangerous situation!
I coled mr. Finny, and informed d same.
He coled me back n forwardd a number of tyre dealer (Jk tyres) to col and to approach him. When i coled jacob tyres, kollam (Dealer of jk tyres), they insisted me to come der with d car to see d tyre.
Aftr inspecting d tyre, they informed me dat they are ready to sent it to d company if i provide dem d same tyre.
I informed it to mr. Finny, and he told me to do d same and to drive with stepney tyre. (Which is of a different size).
Iam in a highly confused situation as what to do with d stepney tyre of different size, which myt affect d car's alingment n stability if drived throughout.
I don't know what tym it wud take to get my tyre back.

Anyways iam higly depressed with d attitude of d volkswagen service station, kollam.
Cars will only becum perfect when d service support from d company will be the best.
