[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Poor service and non response by service dealer - Imperial Automobile, Adityapur, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand

I have a VW Vento Highline, petrol from Sep 2019.
I have been servicing the car at Imperial Automobiles, Adityapur, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
I had contacted the service dealer - Mr Krishna on 03 Sep 2022, for a date for servicing. No date was given DESPITE MULTIPLE CALLS.
I have also complained to VW site on 06 Sep 2022, including E mails, and whatsapp. No response has been received.
VW, IMPERIAL AUTOMOBILES is refusing to service my car despite being a paid service.
